Mr Andrew Deller became our Licensed Lay Minister in October 2009, having lived in our parishes since 2003. He was first licensed in 1984 and was a Lay Reader in both Norwich and Lincoln Dioceses. Weekdays, he works for 'Lifecraft', a Cambridgeshire mental health group run with a user-led ethos, which he describes as his 'new' career after more than 30 years in the probation service.
Andrew says he has never ceased to be 're-charged' by services in the BCP Evensong and Taize traditions.
He lives in Great Wilbraham with his wife, Patricia; they have two sons, both married, a grandchild in Bangkok, and a Cavalier King Charles called Phoebe. His hobbies include gardening, maintaining a listed house, theatre, 'National Trusting' & countryside walking.
